Please attempt to use our address validation service on our order form - should you avoid this process we will not receive delivery details and as a result, your item will not be delivered.  It is your responsibility to check all details on your order confirmation including your delivery details/information - should an address not be available or invalid please contact us immediately so we can update your address supplied.

Should you not receive an order confirmation email the moment you have completed your order online please contact us by emailing info@bigcherries.co.nz as we need to ensure you have used the correct email address.  This is important as you will receive order confirmation, dispatch confirmation, track and trace via courier and updates to your email address. (Common mistakes are .con instead of .com) Please take care when typing your email address.
